In partnership with the Edgewater Redevelopment Authority and the City of Edgewater, Westfield helped redevelop a 34-acre site located west of Sloan’s Lake along Sheridan Boulevard just north of Colfax Avenue in west Denver. The company planned, designed and entitled the 260,000-square-foot retail center as well as negotiated a disposition and development agreement with the Authority and development partner Trammell Crow Company.
