Westfield developed 62.53 acres over three separate phases totaling 1.15 million square feet.  PepsiCo signed a lease for a 283,500 square foot build-to-suit distribtuion facility and will become the anchor tenant for Pecos Logistics Park. The site has significant flexibility for large and build-to-suit tenants and can accommodate either front park/rear load or cross-dock design.
