The driving force behind $500 million of acclaimed projects like 1800 Larimer and Lincoln Station, Rich has a long track record of success and industry leadership, including recognition as Denver’s Developer of the Year (2001). He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on the board of directors of Colorado UpLIFT, and Boy Scouts of America Mile High Council.
