In February 2022, Westfield purchased the 25.9 acre site located approximately 10 miles west of Phoenix which has immediate, full interchange access to Interstate 10. Construction was completed on the 450,000 square foot building in December 2023. The Partnership executed a 10 year lease with the United States Postal Service effective April 1, 2024, for the entire building. This facility will be a key USPS distribution and sorting center for the southwest region of the United States.
