Vice President & General Manager

Beverly Renfro is a seasoned real estate professional with more than 38 years of commercial experience.  As vice president and general manager for Westfield Property Services, Bev is responsible for property management operations, implementing strategic programs to ensure properties success, recruiting, procedures, training and development. 

Throughout her career, she has worked for developers and institutional and private owner investors, providing comprehensive property management services for office, retail and industrial assets. Previously, Bev held senior level property management positions at Newmark Knight Frank and Cushman and Wakefield, managing large portfolios of office and flex/industrial properties throughout the Denver metro area.
