Located in an Opportunity Zone, Westfield purchased the 10.6 acre site in June 2019.  The site benefits from immediate access to I-70, with highway frontage and visibility to approximately 140,000 vehicles per day.  Construction began on the Class A industrial building in Q1 2021 and was completed in May 2022. Prior to completion, International Paper signed a lease for the entire building.
